When we emigrated from Bristol England to Perth Australia 8 years ago, we had to stay in a hotel until we found a house to buy, which was very costly and unsettling for our children.

Once we had established ourselves in our new home, and with new jobs, we began to think about how difficult it must be for other families emigrating to Australia, and the lack of short term accommodation to rent.

At this point we decided to buy our first apartment, to enable migrants and holiday makers alike to rent on a short term basis, while they are looking for permanent homes to rent or buy.

Since then we have found that this has helped people coming into Australia, and have purchased a Townhouse, as we could not accommodate all of the inquiries that we recieved.
