Comment: We just moved to Australia, staying in the Joondalup apartment when we arrived. WHAT A GREAT APARTMENT to start in. For the new migrant, it's a fantastic location. Right across the road from the mall, so it's easy to pick up groceries and all the bits and pieces you need when you first arrive. Better still, there are banks, real estate agents, medicare office, centerlink office, & job centers all within a few minutes walk. Stroll 2 blocks, and you're at the library with WIFI internet access & printers to use. When you need a car, an Avis office is a 15-20 walk through the mall, and the apartment has parking. I couldn't have been happier! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, the kitchen had everything we needed... a really wonderful place to find our feet.

All facilities were great. Everything that you could need. Great position, close to all facilities. Very comfortable two week stay, would visit again.

What an awesome Townhouse this is, pictures do not give this place justice. We stayed 10 days, there was so much room, had everything we wanted, was clean spotless and so relaxing. The court yard was lovely to sit outside. The whole place was great, we were thrilled. It was so close to the train station and shopping mall in easy walking distance. Always excellent communication between owner, thanks again and hope to stay again in the future. Highly recommend to others to stay here.

my family stayed here for four weeks when we first moved to perth in july 2007, This is a lovely townhouse with plenty of room for a large family and was homely and clean, The owners of this property where also very helpfull, I have already recommended this townhouse to friends and family who are coming out to visit this year,
